This Privacy Policy explains how Rutvi Studio (“we,” “us,” or “the site”), at www.rutvistudio.com, handles information when you visit the site or get in touch. The site is a small handmade art portfolio operated by Rutvi Studio.

We keep things simple. We do not sell your information, and we collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use our contact form, you provide it through Google Forms. The details you choose to share, such as your name, email address and message, are sent to us so we can reply. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, in aggregate. This can include your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is collected in a way that does not identify you personally to us.

We do not run user accounts, and we do not require you to register to view the site.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to:

reply to messages you send us,
understand which pieces and pages people find interesting, and
keep the site working well and improve it over time.

Cookies and analytics

If analytics is enabled, Google may set cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Google describes its own practices in its Privacy Policy.

The contact form is hosted by Google Forms, which is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the site, such as Google for analytics and forms, and only as needed for those services to work.

Your choices

You can browse the site without contacting us. If you have sent us a message and would like us to delete it, just ask through the contact page and we will remove it.
